Meet the team

I have been involved in property for the last 25 years and my enjoyment never ceases. I love meeting new people, seeing new properties and, where possible, helping out to facilitate the sale or let.

My memory continues to serve me well and I have a memory like an elephant when it comes to remembering past clients which continues to amaze my younger colleagues. Maintaining meaningful relationships with past and present clients is important to me, and something I believe to be important to Carringtons as a whole. We have lots of repeat customers who love the personal touch at Carringtons.

On a personal note I now have a grandson and this has brought much joy and revived grand maternal instincts which is such fun. We won’t talk too much about our first swimming lesson together!

Estate agency is a people to people business and this is where I hope it will remain so we can continue to delight people with our customer service.

Although I have previously worked and trained with corporate agencies, three years at Carringtons have given me the best of both worlds. I’m part of a driven team with extensive training, yet also hold the freedom of an independent estate agent to offer you a truly personalised service. Customer service and satisfaction are among my highest priorities and I’m proud to be part of an agency awarded the Best Overall Agent in Kingston for two years running. I’m confident in my ability in achieving you the best possible price and ensuring a smooth transaction from the beginning to the very end of your move.

I live locally and I’m passionate about all the little things that make Kingston-Upon-Thames the desirable area we know and love. In my spare time I enjoy participating in a range of sports, including football, tennis and golf. Kingston offers masses in this area and, being a member of a local Racket and Fitness Club, I thoroughly enjoy being a part of the Kingston lifestyle.

I have been working with Carringtons for over three years now and love being part of a close knit team. As Lettings Director, I work alongside my team to provide new reliable tenants and build longstanding relationships with our landlords. I have lived in Kingston for 5 years and I very much enjoy all the perks of the area, which I always enthusiastically recommend to prospective tenants and landlords. My love for the area, meeting new people and being highly competitive means lettings truly is a passion; I love what I do.

My competitive nature also transfers to my other passion; fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. I regularly visit the gym in Kingston. Running in Richmond Park or along the River Thames is also something I really enjoy. Last year I ran my first Half Marathon and I plan to run the Kingston Half again in October. Other hobbies include cooking and visiting art galleries in London.

I have been the Property Manager here at Carringtons for the past four years and I thoroughly enjoy my role. I’m the single point of contact for all of our managed landlords and tenants and I endeavor to deliver the upmost care and attention to every single property.

I have grown up in Kingston and love living in the area with Richmond Park, Bushy Park and the River Thames riverside all on my doorstep it is a very scenic town. Being local is also very handy when dealing with emergency call outs as well as building relationships with trade and maintenance teams.

I have a keen interest in sports, both watching and playing, as well as going to the gym. Having played since I was 11, football is my main passion. I currently play for a local team, and look forward to every training session and match.

I have worked as the Finance Manager for Carringtons since March 2013. Upon first joining, I worked 2 days a week but have since increased my work with Carringtons alongside the growth and development of the business. In total I have 16 years’ experience within the lettings industry having previously worked at Kinleigh, Folkard and Hayward and Featherstone Leigh covering finance and legal. I give a comprehensive and knowledgeable view to finance and legal matters throughout Carringtons’ office, upholding the image of a trustworthy and professional agency.

Living locally, I spend a lot of time in Kingston’s Town Centre as it offers lots for me and my family. With two young children we often take advantage of the opportunities to eat out and enjoy family entertainment in Kingston. Our favourite areas include Richmond and Bushy Park where we can easily spend the majority of the day.

I have been working as a Sales Consultant at Carringtons and lived in Kingston for almost two years now. In that time I have come to love the area for its excellent shops and restaurants, lively bars and, of course, being home to one of the most beautiful spots in London; Richmond Park. It’s this love for the area that has led me to build an expert local knowledge, which I enjoy sharing with all my prospective buyers.

For me, being a Sales Consultant is about ensuring that, for both buyers and vendors, the moving process is an enjoyable one. Because of this, Carringtons has been a perfect fit for me, as we pride ourselves on treating every customer as an individual, who we can offer a more bespoke service to. From your first inquiry through to completion, the service we provide is both personal and professional.

When I’m not working, I enjoy an evening at the pub and keep active by playing a variety of competitive team and individual sports including football, basketball, skiing and skateboarding.

I see myself as a courteous, prompt, and extremely helpful Sales Consultant. I have abundance of industry knowledge and experience. I will listen to your needs and strive to go that extra mile to match your requirements. I aim to provide the experience of viewing a property with a friend and not just an estate agent with my positive and attentive manner. I believe a friendly face can make all the difference when you’re in the process of moving. People should feel comfortable and confident with their agency choice and I aim to provide this.

Alongside properties, I am also dedicated to the film and music industry. Creativity and passion touches every aspects of my life and I continually look to the horizon and see things from many different perspectives and possibilities.

My favourite part of working as a Lettings Consultant for Carringtons is meeting the local community and matching them with the perfect property for them. I believe in a personal approach and take the time to ensure I understand our prospective tenant’s individual requirements as well as the values of landlords.

I live locally with my fiancé and 10 month old daughter, who takes up a lot of my time. Her main hobbies seem to include crawling and biting at the moment. Outside of work I also enjoy motorcycle racing, having raced a few times myself. For something a little less energetic, I also produce electronic dance music and I’m a high-caliber classical pianist

I work tirelessly to maintain the standards of the day to day processes which accompany the property industry and the Carringtons office. I work across a wide range of properties in both Sales and Lettings and have the pleasure of meeting and working with many different people. I enjoy getting to know every client and take great satisfaction in the knowledge that my work truly helps people along their journey of moving into their new home.

I spend most of my spare time with friends and family, and consider my social life to be of great importance. I love communicating with people and have recently started a blog, I also write music and play acoustic guitar.

I look after all of Carringtons marketing and media publications. I enjoy being involved in such a friendly and tightknit team, and work hard alongside them to help achieve their goals and high standards of service. I have a background in international relations and politics, and take a great interest in how current affairs and economics affect our everyday lives. Previously I have worked in numerous sports roles based in and around Kingston, enjoying Tennis and Squash, and thriving on the busy atmosphere of events such as Wimbledon.

I have lived in Kingston for just over 3 years and still continue to find new and unique characteristics and places which I love. I constantly take advantage of Richmond and Bushy Park with bike rides, picnics with friends, and the occasional scenic walk home from Kingston Town Centre. Food and drink in Kingston also cannot be ignored and always play a key role in my weekends.
